was in the oval office to meet with obama and and joe biden. obama said "it's an honor to have you here." well, biden says "hello, i'm not supposed to talk." [ laughter ] then there's the budget, which nobody's happy about. now there are reports that during recent budget negotiations, an unnamed house republican got so mad at president obama, he said "i can't even stand to look at you." and while we aren't sure which congressman said that, we did get our hands on the entire transcript. and it got super dramatic rather quickly. so here to reenact what went down are tariq and mark from the roots. guys? shutdown is still messing up everything. actually joe biden had to cancel his appearance at a democratic fund raiser tonight because of the shutdown. and it got kind of awkward when they announced that biden wasn't coming and they raised twice as much money. [ laughter ] didn't understand it. it didn't make much sense. very interesting turn of events. the whole mess with the shut down isn't making anyone happy. a new survey, found that 9% of americans have considered giving up their u.s. citizenship because of the constant arguing in washington. not good. today, even obama was like, "are you sure i wasn't born in kenya? i never saw a birth certificate."
